CDA Homeowners Association (HOA) Governing Documents:
The Articles of Incorporation are the primary rules governing the management of our corporation, Castilleja del Arroyo Homeowners Association, Inc., and are filed with the California Secretary of State.
The CDA Bylaws govern how the HOA operates and contain the information needed to run the HOA as a business. They were last ammended April 4, 1994.

Architectural Application Form:
Here is the Architectural Application Form. If you would like to make any modifications to your unit, please send the completed form to Neighborhood Assocation Management as indicated in the letterhead of the form.
Automated Clearing House (ACH) Form:
Here is the ACH Form. This form is to set up automatic payments for your monthly assessments (dues).
Annual Fire Safety Equipment Inspection Declaration
Here is the Annual Fire Safety Equipment Inspection Declaration. This form is for owners to use to attest their unit is in compliance with this required annual inspection. Please note - This document
is not required if the fire safety equipment in your unit has been inspected by the CDA HOA.

BBQ In Pool Area Form:
Here is the BBQ In Pool Area Form. If you would like to bring your personal BBQ into the pool area, please fill out this form and return it to either the On-Site Manager or the Off-Site Manager at least one week before the date you are requesting.
CDA Annual Documents Package:
Each year, normally in late November, each CDA homeowner is sent a package of documents that includes a cover letter, the property improvement plan, budget information, and the policy statement. Here are the Annual Documents Packages from the past several years:
Each year the CDA is required to have the CDA HOA financial records audited by an independent Certified Public Accountant (CPA). The report is ratified around May of each year. Here are the CPA Audits from the past several years:

CDA Board Meeting Minutes:
The CDA Board meets the second Monday of every month. After each meeting, the CDA Board is required to

We have found the original brochure used by the developer when the complex was first completed. At that time, the entire complex consisted of all the units from 975, 1001 & 1009 Murrieta Blvd., and was simply called "La Castilleja". We have provided two versions of this document for you.
