The Articles of Incorporation are the primary rules governing the management of our corporation, Castilleja del Arroyo Homeowners Association, Inc., and are filed with the California Secretary of State.
The CDA Bylaws govern how the HOA operates and contain the information needed to run the HOA as a business. They were last ammended April 4, 1994.

CDA Annual Documents Package:

CDA Board Meeting Minutes:
The CDA Board meets the second Monday of every month. After each meeting, the CDA Board is required to prepare minutes that they are supposed to share with the other homeowners. Here are the minutes from the past several years:
We have found the original brochure used by the developer when the complex was first completed. At that time, the entire complex consisted of all the units from 975, 1001 & 1009 Murrieta Blvd., and was simply called "La Castilleja". We have provided two versions of this document for you.
